Practitioner Health and Personal Hygiene
- Contagious Infections: We refrain from treating patients if we suspect any contagious infection, prioritising the health and safety of our clients.
- Personal Hygiene: Practitioners maintain high personal hygiene standards, free from body or clothing odour, including strong fragrances.
- Nail and Hair Care: Practitioners keep their nails trimmed, short, and clean, with hair tied back or covered to maintain cleanliness.
- Wound Care: Any cuts or wounds are covered with waterproof plasters or dressings to prevent contamination.
- Footwear: Comfortable footwear is worn to maintain practitioner comfort and professionalism.
Workplace Cleanliness
- Sterilisation: Our workplace, including massage tables, chairs, trolleys, and desks, is thoroughly sterilised after each use to ensure a fresh and clean environment for every patient.
- Spring Cleaning: The treatment room is spring-cleaned at least once a week, with all worktops, shelves, flooring, and desktop equipment dusted and cleaned with a mild disinfectant.
- Surface Wipes/Spray: We utilise surface wipes or spray containing effective disinfectants to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our treatment areas, safeguarding against the spread of germs and infections.
- Gloves: Medical gloves are used during treatments to ensure hygiene and safety providing an additional layer of protection.

- Alcohol-free Anti-septic Skin Wipes: Our alcohol-free anti-septic skin wipes are gentle yet effective, suitable for sensitive skin types, and ensure a clean and sterile surface.
- BPA-free Cups: We use high-quality, BPA-free cups ranging from B1 to B6, including facial cups, to accommodate different treatments ensuring safety across all areas of the body.
- Pumps: Our specialised Hijama pumps ensures controlled suction and precise application, facilitating an effective and comfortable cupping therapy experience.
- Pre-injection Swabs/Spray: Before the superficial incisions, we use pre-injection swabs or spray to thoroughly clean and disinfect the skin, reducing the risk of infection and promoting a sterile treatment environment.
- Sterile Blades No.11: Our blades come sterilised and individually packaged to meet medical standards, ensuring precision and hygiene in every procedure.
- Clinical Waste Bin Bag: We provide dedicated clinical waste bin bags for the safe disposal of used materials.
- Safe-to-Dispose Sharps Bin: For the safe disposal of needles and other sharps, we offer designated sharps bins, ensuring proper containment and disposal of potentially hazardous materials, in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- 70 cm 'Extra-Size' Massage Table: Our spacious 70 cm 'extra-size' massage table provides ample room for comfortable positioning during Hijama sessions, enhancing your relaxation and enjoyment.
- Ventilation and Temperature: Our treatment rooms are well-ventilated with controlled room temperatures to provide a comfortable setting.
- Appropriate Attire: Practitioners wear suitable overalls or aprons and avoid clothing that may get contaminated. Loose jewellery or rings are kept tucked away.
