Booking Policy

1. Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our online booking system. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability.
2. Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email and text 24 hours in advance. Your appointment is confirmed unless you reach out to us via phone or email,
3. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect the Hijama service when making your appointment. This is done by filling in the client form prior to arrival found here Consultation Form. Providing this information ensures that we are fully aware of your medical history and can tailor the treatment to your specific needs, ensuring your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment.
4. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
5. Late Arrivals:  We understand that sometimes delays happen. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your scheduled session will be expected.
6. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice.
7. No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
8. Payment: We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of service.
9. Mobile Policy: Pricing includes travel within a 3-mile radius of B14 4. For every additional 3 miles, a small £10 surcharge applies. Additionally, a female mobile session must be accompanied by a male mobile session. 
10. Cup Fair Use Policy: The number of cups used in a session is limited by the time constraint of the session, and this is decided by the practitioner.
11. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We also reserve the right to terminate the service for any inappropriate behaviour.
12. Islamic Considerations: We respect Islamic values and ensure a comfortable environment for all our clients. Male clients will practiced by a male practitioner and female clients will practiced by a female practitioner.
